Order Confirmation
Once you place an order with us, we will send you an email confirming your size. You must acknowledge this email within 24 hours and reply with your size. Once we receive your confirmation, we will process your order.
No refund, return, or exchange will be accepted once your desired jacket (in the confirmed size) is delivered.
If you fail to respond to the email confirming your size within 24 hours, we will proceed with processing your order, and you will not be eligible for any refund, return, or exchange.
Note: We do not hold inventory. After your order is placed, we will stitch your jacket and ship it through DHL or DHL Express.
Accessories and Color
Please note that the accessories’ design may vary, and we will make every effort to match the accessories shown in the product images on our website.
The color of the product may slightly differ from the images displayed on the website due to lighting effects.
Payment Processing
Please allow up to 24 hours for payment verification. In most cases, verification is completed in just a few minutes. Once your payment is verified, we will immediately begin processing your order.

Online Shopping Policy
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders. If we reject an order, we will notify you within two business days and refund any payments made.
While we strive to maintain stock availability, we may occasionally face supply issues or sell out of certain products. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email, and a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Sale items are available at discounted prices only during the relevant sale period.
General Delivery Information
After your payment is verified, it may take up to two business days to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
If an item is unavailable, processing times may vary.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped. For delivery queries, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.
Items will not be delivered on public holidays.
Sale Items
During busy sale periods, delivery times may extend by up to one week.
Items purchased during sale periods are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the original item is out of stock.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item, we will offer a refund if the item is returned as per the guidelines below. Exchanges are possible; however, we do not offer refunds unless the original item is out of stock.
For exchanges, please contact customer support for the return address.
- Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Shipping charges and any related expenses (customs fees, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
You may only exchange items once per order.
Made to Measure (M2M) Terms and Conditions
Made to Measure and Custom Jacket Delivery Time:
Our goal is to deliver made-to-measure and custom orders within 3-4 weeks. However, this is a general estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.
For special requests or specific delivery dates, please include a note in the checkout process.
We recommend having someone assist you in taking measurements to avoid fitting issues.
Refund Policy for Custom Orders:
As custom orders are made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is out of stock.
Re-delivery:
If a signature is required upon delivery and no one is available, you will need to contact the carrier to arrange for re-delivery or pick-up. We do not accept liability for missed deliveries or re-deliveries.
Refunds
Refunds are only available if the original item(s) are out of stock (excluding sale items, which are final).
Refund requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
